Handshake applications

This should use https://github.com/handshake-org/hnsd to resolve the names in order to be fully decentralized instead of relying on third party resolvers. The master branch for hnsd isn't working but @pinheadmz (participating in the hackathon) has PRs up which gets hnsd working. Please reach out to him for assistance.

There are 75 million websites built on WordPress. Imagine if there was a Handshake or Namebase plugin that made it super easy to open a Handshake auction and point the name (if won) to your Wordpress site?

Handshake names are shorter to type and so are very useful for memorable redirects (I.e. twitter.yourname, linkedin.yourname)

I'm imagining a card game that uses Handshake names where each name's stats are based on how much the Name was sold for or its niami/ rankings. There can then be a name ranking system to see which names are the "strongest"

Would be awesome if others could email me directly through "email.johnnywu" or "family@email.johnnwu" and "friends@email.johnnywu". I can imagine a filter so only those in your "family" list can reach you through "family@email.johnnywu" and so on

Would make a lot of sense to make it possible to directly use Handshake names as wallet addresses

Right now NextDNS.io is the only major DNS resolver that supports Handshake, but you need to sign up for an account to use them. This is more difficult to use than say Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 and Google's 8.8.8.8 DNS resolvers, where you just need to enter in a single IP address. It would be very useful if the community has a public recursive resolver at a single IP address that people could point to.

Let's create a crawler (or adapt an already existing OSS) focused on HNS domains.

E.g, for Bid Now and Ending Soon, beside each domain add a "Similar Domains" button and link it to a fuzzy search in Marketplace. If user click on the button, it will start a new page and show a list of similar domains for sale on marketplace.
