About 20 companies now offer free public DNS. https://www.lifewire.com/free-and-public-dns-servers-2626062 NextDNS is good for now, but it's not free. A couple of dedicated servers from a hosting company could serve as free public DNS servers that use Handshake. If investors don't want to foot the cost ($200/month), then try and get more companies like NextDNS to resolve queries on Handshake.
